Refunds, Return & Cancellation Policy

  • 1) Order Cancellation & Refunds
    Once an order has been successfully placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances. Please ensure that you are fully committed to your purchase before completing the transaction.

  • 2) Non-Refundable, Non-Returnable Items  
    All items sold on our platform are non-refundable and non-returnable. This includes products sourced directly from Korea. Due to the nature of our supply chain, we do not offer any exchanges, returns, or refunds once the order has been processed. Please make sure you carefully review your order before submitting it.

  • 3) Official Product Orders
    For official products purchased on our website, please note that international shipping and customs fees are not included in the listed price (unless specified for on-hand items). Once your order arrives from Korea, you will be informed of the international shipping and customs charges. You are required to settle these charges within 7 days of notification. Failure to do so will result in the automatic cancellation of your order. No refund will be issued if the order is cancelled due to non-payment.

  •  4) Reviving a Cancelled Order  
    If your order is cancelled due to non-payment or failure to respond within the designated time, and you contact us within 15 days to request that the order be reinstated, an administrative fee of 20% of the total amount will be charged for reprocessing and handling the product. Please note, reinstating an order is subject to availability, and this option may not always be applicable.

  • 5) Damaged Items
    In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged product, we require a **full unboxing video** to be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the item. Claims submitted after this period will not be eligible for processing. If the item is found to be damaged, we will investigate the issue and determine a suitable resolution.

  • 6) Order Cancellation Rights
    We reserve the right to cancel any order in the following situations:

  • Product Availability: If the product is unavailable or out of stock, you will receive a full refund. If there are any delays in restocking, we will notify you promptly via email.

  • Pricing Errors: In the case of pricing discrepancies (e.g., due to technical errors), we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

  • Fraudulent Activity or Abuse: We reserve the right to cancel any order if the customer engages in fraudulent activity, manipulates pricing, or displays abusive or disrespectful behavior toward our team. In such cases, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund to cover administrative costs, and the order will be canceled. The customer may also be banned from future transactions.

    Refund Process
    Once the cancellation is processed, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds may take up to 7–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

  • Notification of Cancellation
    If your order is cancelled, you will be notified via email within 48 hours of the cancellation decision.

Once the transaction is complete, cancellation of the order will not be possible unless otherwise stated on the Platform.   • Once you have received the product and/or service, you may request a replacement, return, or refund only if the product or service does not match the description provided on the website. Any refund requests must be submitted within **Two days** from the date of receiving the order. Requests made after this period will not be entertained.
