Refunds, Return & Cancellation Policy

  • Order once placed cannot be cancelled and no refund will be provided for the same.

  • All items sold here are Non-refundable and Non-returnable, we do not have any exchange policy either. The Official products are bought directly from korea as a third party vendor hence, its its not possible for us to provide cancellation, refund or exchange service once the order is placed on our website. You'll have to commit to your order.

  • OFFICIAL PRODUCT ORDER -Once your product will arrive from Korea we'll be sharing the International shipping and custom charges. Upon sharing those charges you'll be given 7 days to make the payment. If you fail to make the payment within 7 days your order will be marked as cancelled and no refund will be provided for the same. 

  • In case of damage of any unofficial item, FULL OPENING VIDEO is a must within 24hrs of receiving the product so that we can provide replacement to it.

  • We reserve our right to cancel any order due to unavoidable circumstances or misbehaviour from the customer on website or other social media platforms with no or a Particular Refund of 30%.

Upon completing a Transaction, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable agreement with us to purchase the product and/or service. After this point the User may cancel the Transaction unless it has been specifically provided for on the Platform. In which case, the cancellation will be subject to the terms mentioned on the Platform. We shall retain the discretion in approving any cancellation requests and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
Once you have received the product and/or service, the only event where you can request for a replacement or a return and a refund is if the product and/or service does not match the description as mentioned on the Platform. Any request for refund must be submitted within three days from the date of the Transaction or such number of days prescribed on the Platform, which shall in no event be less than three days. A User may submit a claim for a refund for a purchase made by contacting us on mail provided and providing a clear and specific reason for the refund request, including the exact terms that have been violated, along with any proof, if required. Whether a refund will be provided will be determined by us, and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
